PQ3 split tube is the part of triple tube core sampling house. The PQ3 split tube is inside of the PQ3 inner tube. PQ3 split tube is used together PQ3 core barrel. When the split tube is full of core sample, the drill string lifted off the bottom of the hole, the driller could pump out the split tube out of the inner tube,get the column core sample out of the split tube and put it in the core tray.
PQ3 split tubes are made of high-quality stainless steel with good strength, toughness and wear life.
