PQ3 triple tube core barrel for use with PQ/PHD rods. PQ3 core barrel utilizes a third tube called an inner tube liner or split tube. PQ3 triple tube core barrel is commonly used in surface drilling conditions when drilling coal, clay bearing or highly fractured formations. PQ3 core barrel only available in surface configurations and is available for application in standard DCDMA P size hole. It consists of the PQ3 head assembly , PQ3 pump-out adapter, PQ3 piston plug, PQ3 O ring, PQ3 core ejection piston, PQ3 split tube, PQ3 inner tube, PQ3 stop ring, PQ3 core lifter, PQ3 core lifter case, PQ3 locking coupling, PQ3 adapter coupling, PQ3 landing ring, PQ3 outer tube, PQ3 inner tube stabilizer and thread protector.
